Log in to your account and go to the "My Orders" section to easily track all your orders. If your order is not an automatic delivery, you can also contact the seller by clicking the chat icon in the bottom right corner of the screen

Go to the "My Orders" section in your profile and select the product with the issue. Click the "Support Ticket" button on the right-hand side and provide details about the issue, along with the video recording you took during the purchase process. This will create a support ticket for the product. Once the discussion process is complete and all parties have submitted their statements, click the "Add Ticket to Admin" button to escalate the decision to the administration. If all parties reach an agreement, the issue will be resolved within 24 hours.
