PARTIES AND SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

1.1. This Store Membership Agreement covers individuals who access any kind of platform provided by Selligo, whether as a Member, User, Seller, or Store, regardless of age. Therefore, please read the conditions below carefully. If you do not agree to these conditions, do not visit and/or use any platform provided by Selligo.

1.2. Selligo is represented by Selligo Limited Company (hereinafter referred to as "Company"), which is located at 71-75, Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, UNITED KINGDOM. The Services provided on behalf of Selligo on any platform are provided by the Company. The Company has the right to change, without notice, any information, images, prices, product diversity, promotions, discounts or any other content and these Terms of Use used or to be used on any platform used on behalf of Selligo.

1.3. Selligo may change the conditions specified in this Store Membership Agreement at any time and without any notice or notification. These changes will be valid for anyone who visits or uses the relevant platforms from the date they are published on the internet site, mobile application, or any platform provided by Selligo. No user of this Store Membership Agreement can unilaterally request changes, updates, or removal from publication of the terms. Selligo considers change requests that are sent in written and signed form via e-mail, mail, or cargo, but does not share their consent with anyone or transfer their authority. There is no obligation to respond to requests received.

RULES OF MEMBERSHIP FOR SELLIGO.SHOP STORE:

A STORE MEMBER cannot create multiple listings for the same product. In case of detection, a warning will be given twice, and on the third warning, the store membership will be canceled.

A STORE MEMBER will be warned twice for using profanity and making derogatory remarks. On the third offense, store membership will be canceled without warning in cases of family or religious insults.

It is forbidden for STORE MEMBERS to redirect customers outside the website. If it is detected that the buyer has been redirected to channels such as Discord, WhatsApp, Instagram, or Facebook, the store membership will be canceled.

Store members agree to comply with the rules of the category in which they create listings.

Store members are obligated to respond to buyer messages within 48 hours at the latest.

If a STORE MEMBER reclaims the account they have sold or changes the account information, their membership will be terminated.

If a STORE MEMBER pressures the buyer for approval before delivering the product, their membership will be terminated.

It is forbidden for STORE MEMBERS to share phone numbers or social media accounts in the title or description of their listings.

Store members must provide a certain period of warranty for the products they sell. This warranty period must be clearly stated in the listing description. A minimum of one week's warranty is required for the Random Account and League of Legends categories.
